New Electronic Data Transfer (EDT) module that consolidates electronic claim systems including HCAI, TELUS eClaims, WSIB eServices, and OHIP 2. New feature that allows to automatically reconcile payments from Messages received from TELUS eClaims 3. Added new insurers to TELUS eClaims including People Corporation and Sirius Benefits, and removed Sun Life Financial 4. Added new and updated descriptions for existing 17 service codes in TELUS eClaims 5. Added Social Worker as the new role in TELUS eClaims 6. New HCAI Tracking manager that was rebuilt from the ground up 8. New OHIP module that was rebuilt from the ground up 9. New TX Forms Library module that offers a wide range of SOAP Notes, Claim Forms, Assessment and Progress reports, and other types of templates 10. Fixed overwrite issue in TX Editor documents Installation Prerequisites -------------------------- 1. Confirm that the current version of Universal Office on your computer(s) is May 5, 2021 or later. 2. Microsoft SQL 2014 or newer MUST BE installed on the server computer. 3. .Net Framework 4.8 MUST BE installed on server and client computers. 4. Server computer name MUST NOT exceed 14 characters. 5. Perform a backup of the database from the server computer using Universal BackUp. 6. Before you update the main computer (server), close Universal Office on ALL computers in your office. 7. Turn off User Account Control Settings (if applicable). 8. Confirm that there is ENOUGH DISK SPACE on server computer, at least double the size of your attached files folder. Note: Please be patient, as the update on the Server (main computer) may take up to 30 minutes. And be sure to update ALL client computers.
